Currently, approximately 30,000 tons of apple waste are estimated, which, if not reused, entails high waste management costs for companies. Thus was born this vegan, cruelty-free alternative to animal skin obtained from apple waste grown for juices and jams in Northern Italy. Each kg of apple residue used to replace the UP means 5.28kg of CO2 saved.
The texture of this leather feels soft and durable just like that of animal leathers but is made without any single animal having been tortured or killed.

We decided to use this wonderful material to create the new collection of bags and backpacks. The new shoppers also feature a new model destined to become a must-have, a larger and a medium version, with the classic bronze logo.
The backpacks were also made there, which have long been highly appreciated in other plant skins.
Innovation, respect and uncompromising style!
